SA APARTHEID = USA SEGREGATION - Updated 17 April,2015

UPDATE: 17 April, 2015 --  A movement of South Africa Whites sat up a training camp to bring back segregation.  Ignorance just will not die out. I wish they would turn black and experience the life the black people have to lead only because of their colour of their skin. It is no fault of their own because nobody gets asked how they want to be born. So where is the supremacy?

In the USA, there is an increase of murders committed by white policemen on black men.  So far 104 unarmed black people were killed this year and we are only half way through the year .

It had been shown that black men running away from the white policemen and they were shot in the back and killed by several shots. Afterwards it was established the black man had no weapons. They were cold bloodedly shot in their back, while running scared. In the USA there are over 50 organisation of whites convinced they are supreme.

CAPE TOWN
UPDATED: 20 June.2014  -- Looking now back  the whole world was pointing fingers at South Africa and contemning it which was right.  What was not right that at the same time America did the same and nobody spoke about it or contemned them. As a matter of fact American also pointed the finger at South Africa.  Even today, South Africa stands for segregation while the USA has not fully acknowledge having done the same. Even today the USA still tolerates the KKK and various other organisations supporting only white people and suppress any other colour. Yet no headlines about that.

The racial policy of apartheid was enforced in South Africa from 1948-1991. It included strict segregation of Blacks from Whites in land ownership, residence, marriage, work, education, religion and sport. This segregation came from the Dutch settlers since the 17th century.
In 1948 an apartheid law was issued which referred to job reservation, trade union separation and parliamentary representation of non-Whites.
The Bantustans (homelands) was created for the Bantu-speaking people of South Africa.
In 1984 restrictions started to ease off and a subordinate parliament chambers for Indian and Coloureds was created. Also the rules for sport and leisure were less strict by stopping the pass laws. Furthermore, the Group Areas Act was modified.
But only by international pressure were all the apartheid legislation abolished by the government of President F.W. de Klerk. In December 1991 a Convention for a Democratic South Africa held with the government and 18 political groups to change the constitution.

March 1992 de Klerk called on White voters for negotiation. He received an overwhelming support and stated the famous word "to close the book on apartheid". It was confirmed in a multiparty election in April 1994 and the National Congress leader Nelson Mandela was the first Black President.
The world will be looking at South Africa when the World Cup will be held in 2010. I am sure we all will be thinking what will it be? They made a tremendous effort since then to put the apartheid behind them. However, I read an article in the newspaper that there are 50 peoples murdered every day and no comment on colour. Yet FIFA decided to hold the Football World Cup there. Luckily it went quite well.
With all due respect to Nelson Mandela and I am sure he did a lot to bring about the apartheid and segregation to be abolished. Yet you wonder when you read that there are 50 people murdered every day what really went on and is going on?  Where was and is the progress?
South Africa is a beautiful country and has so many advantages in high deposit of mineral, wildlife and magnificent sceneries. Trouble never brings anything. If properly handled it could have a great tourism which brings money as well as employment and everybody could live in peace and prosper.
